4. Orders and Fulfilment

We offer both digital downloads and print-on-demand (P.O.D.) products. For digital items, you will receive an email with secure download links once payment is confirmed. Download links are unique to your order and may expire after a set period for security reasons.

For P.O.D. products, such as wall art and printed merchandise, orders are fulfilled through our print partners. Production and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product type. You will receive dispatch updates and tracking information where available.

5. Refunds and Returns

Digital downloads: Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital content, all digital sales are final. However, if your file is defective or corrupted, we will replace it free of charge upon verification.

Print-on-demand items: These products are custom-made to order. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items that are damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence so that we can resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, artworks, text, and digital materials on this Site remain the intellectual property of Errant Arts unless otherwise stated. Purchases of digital or physical artwork grant a licence for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
