All images, artworks, text, and digital materials remain the intellectual property of Errant Arts unless otherwise stated.

Purchases of digital or physical artwork grant a licence for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited. Commercial use will require written permission and may incur additional fees.

Artists Rights – specifically Sean Cutland (Artist and owner of Errant Arts)

Errant Arts holds the copyright to all images and reserves the exclusive rights to control, copy and profit from all images and artworks. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of selected images for portfolio, website, social media, print, marketing and commercial purposes.

Errant Arts reserves the moral right to be identified as the creator of all images / artworks (attribution) and to object to ‘derogatory treatment’, to protect the integrity of the work’s original form from unauthorised changes.

Model Release for Private Photoshoot Events / Sessions

By booking a Photoshoot, you grant Errant Arts all rights to use the selected images for portfolio, website, social media, print and marketing purposes.

Should you or any guests / participants wish to opt out of this, requests must be made in writing before the date of the shoot. Opting out will not affect delivery of your images.

In some circumstances, particularly where Errant Arts intends to use your images for commercial purposes, you will be asked to complete a Model Release Form.
